1. What Types of Information Do We Collect?

We collect your personal information to manage your account and subscriptions, process your order, provide you with requested information, improve and personalize your experience, allow your participation in requested promotions, process your job applications, and provide use of third party sites/platforms such as social media.

We may automatically collect website usage information when you visit our sites through Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google. This service collects traffic data on site usage behavior, Internet service provider, operating system, browser type, domain name, Internet protocol (IP) address, access times, the website that referred you to us, the Web pages you request, the date and time of those requests and visitor demographics (age, gender and interests) with the use of cookies. Such information is aggregated.

We use your information strictly for the following purposes:

No. We will not share information collected and will not allow any third party to use the Service to track, collect or upload any data that personally identifies an individual such as a name, email address or billing information, or other data that can be reasonably linked to such information.

5. Data Security and Integrity

The security, integrity and confidentiality of your information are extremely important to us. Payments on this website are processed through Fareharbor, a third party online booking system with a track record for security.

FareHarbor adheres to all modern security best practices; including, but not limited to, solutions to harden and prevent against XSRF, XSS, SQL injection, and DDoS attacks. FareHarbor does not store or process any cardholder data. All cardholder data is encrypted and transmitted via TLS to Stripe, a Level 1 PCI compliant financial institution. All web servers, applications, and databases reside in FareHarbor’s Virtual Private Cloud (hosted by Amazon Web Services) where each node is restricted to only communicate with the IPs of other nodes in the system. All web servers, databases, and applications are setup, protected, and hardened according to AWS Security best practices.

While we have taken significant measures to protect your privacy, no transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Roberts Hawaii does not guarantee and is under no obligation to protect your information from disclosure. If you prefer not to transmit your credit card information over the internet, you may call our Reservations Team to make your booking.

6. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to accommodate new technologies, industry practices, and regulations or for other purposes. We encourage you to check the date of our privacy policy when you visit this site for any updates or changes.
