www.AirportShuttleHawaii.com is hosted on WP Engine. Airport shuttle bookings made are processed through The Hudson Group (“Hudson”). We encourage you to view their privacy policy at https://hudsonltd.com/privacy-policy.

We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site’s policies, or protect our or others rights, property, or safety in anyway legally or most appropriate to the situation at our sole discretion.

Non-personally identifiable or aggregated information may also be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

We respect your choices regarding our collection, usage and sharing of your information. These may include:

5. Data Security and Integrity

The security, integrity and confidentiality of your information are extremely important to us. Transactions through this website are processed by Fareharbor, a third party online booking system. FareHarbor adheres to all modern security best practices; including, but not limited to, solutions to harden and prevent against XSRF, XSS, SQL injection, and DDoS attacks. FareHarbor does not store or process any cardholder data. All cardholder data is encrypted and transmitted via TLS to Stripe, a Level 1 PCI compliant financial institution. All web servers, applications, and databases reside in FareHarbor’s Virtual Private Cloud (hosted by Amazon Web Services) where each node is restricted to only communicate with the IPs of other nodes in the system. All web servers, databases, and applications are setup, protected, and hardened according to AWS Security best practices.

All airport shuttle reservations are processed through Hudson, a third party booking system. Credit card information provided through our online reservations forms is encrypted and measures have been taken to secure our server from any unauthorized access. So, when you place orders at our site, and provide your credit card number and other credit card information, Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) technology encrypts all information before sending it, protecting your information from unauthorized access. We recommend that any communications you send us do not contain information that is private or confidential. Credit card information should only be provided on the online reservations forms that encrypt the number for your protection.

While we have taken significant measures to protect your privacy, no transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Roberts Hawaii does not guarantee and is under no obligation to protect your information from disclosure. If you prefer not to transmit your credit card information over the internet, you may call our Central Reservations Office toll free at (800) 831-5541.

6. Children

Our websites are for a general audience and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. You must be over the age of 16 to use and book through our websites. Should we be made aware that a child under 13 has sent personal information to us, that information will only be used to respond directly to the child to inform him or her that we must have parental consent before receiving that information and we will delete the information. We will not honor bookings made by underaged individuals.
