We guarantee a return to your ship well before sailing time. In the extremely unlikely event that you miss your ship due to the late return of one of our tours, we guarantee that we will arrange and pay your transport to the next port-of-call. In our many years of service, we have never missed any ship departure and we do not plan to.
We guarantee a full refund of any tour purchased if your ship is detained from making port or the tour is cancelled for any other reason.
Terms and Conditions
Shore Excursion Reservations
In order for us to process your request for reservations fully, we advise placing your order a minimum of 3 days prior to your travel date. All reservations are subject to availability. Any disability requiring special attention should be reported at the time of booking. Roberts will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate the needs of the disabled tour participant. All departure times, dates, schedules and fares are subject to change without notice.
All Shore Excursion reservations must be confirmed 48 hours in advance by calling 1(800) 918-5549 or (808) 954-8600. Please have your Confirmation Number available when calling.
Child rates are available for children based on the age definition specific to that product. For children under (4) years of age, unless otherwise stated, there will be no charge as long as the child does not occupy a seat.

- Fares quoted are valid on the Roberts Hawaii Shore Excursions website.
- Fares quoted may be subject to additional charges, including taxes. The final fare will be displayed once a schedule is booked.
- Fares are payable in U.S. dollars unless noted otherwise.
- Fares subject to change. Fares may be higher during some holiday periods and additional restrictions may apply during various times of the year.
- Military discounts require a valid United States military ID, presented upon request at the tour or activity.
Provision of Service
Roberts Hawaii reserves the right to cancel scheduled tours, attractions and activities at any time in the event of hazardous weather conditions or unforeseen operational problems. Roberts Hawaii, Inc. reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone at its sole discretion. Roberts Hawaii, Inc. will not be responsible for delays, injury, loss, accident or damages to person or personal property.
Full payment for services must be received prior to service. For web orders, only credit cards accepted. Credit cards accepted are:

All payments are subject to a 10% service charge in the event of cancellation.

Travel Agents-Rates are commissionable. Please contact our Central Reservations office at email@example.com for more information or you can sign up for our Partner Program through our website.
International charges/payments to Roberts Hawaii are denominated in US Dollars (US$) when charged. Exchange rates are subject to policies of the individual card issuer.
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the day of service and will result in a 10% service charge.
- Cancellations made in a shorter period of time (less than 24 hours prior to the day of service) will result in a 100% charge being incurred (NO REFUND).
- Claims for refunds must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of service.
Pier Shuttle Baggage
Each passenger is allowed 2 pieces of luggage. Carry-ons must be placed on your lap and in your possession at all times. Oversized baggage are accommodated if space is available. No boards or boxes larger than 3 ft. x 3 ft are permitted on the bus. Additional Fees apply and are collected directly by our airport representative. CASH ONLY (EXACT AMOUNT). Rates are as follows:

Pier Shuttle Baggage Liability
Passengers are responsible for verifying their luggage is loaded by the bus operator. AirportWaikikiShuttle.com assumes no liability for lost or damaged baggage, except if baggage is damaged or lost in transit, in which case the maximum liability is $100 per piece and $250 maximum for any single passenger. All claims shall be submitted within twenty four (24) hours of the occurrence.
Limitations of Liability
Roberts Hawaii, Inc. reserves the right to cancel shuttles at any time in the event of hazardous weather conditions or unforeseen operational problems. Roberts Hawaii, Inc. shall not be liable to any individual utilizing these shuttle services for delays, injury, loss, accident or damages to persons or property. Any expenses arising as a result of delayed departure or arrival times, including missed flights or travel connections, are the sole responsibility of the passenger.
Roberts Hawaii makes every effort to operate all itineraries. In the event of tour cancellations at Roberts Hawaii’s discretion, all reservations will incur a full refund. Roberts Hawaii, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.
